Complete the on-line Contact Form, or contact the shop.komatsu.com.au Customer Service team on 1800 509 249 or +613 9279 6549. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation number (RA). You must obtain an RA number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Send your item(s) to the address above. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging. You must ensure your return goods are sent via "Registered Post" otherwise Corporate Express will not supply any credits or replacements for goods not received.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice date - unworn and unwashed. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) upon receipt of your goods.
Any Products which are damaged or defective, delivered after their "use by" or "best before" date, which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer'
